Sissy Gamache

Sissy was born in Hungary and raised in Costa Rica. Since a very early age she started training in diferent arts forms; theater,dance, ballet and improvisation. Sissy studied four years at Conservatorio Castella, a conservatory for the arts, while she worked as an actor and radio announcer. She won National Acting award in Costa Rica in 1993 and 1994. Sissy theater credits include Rinoceros by Ionesco, Six Characters in Search of an Author by Pirandello. , Sister Mary Will Explain Everything to You by Christopher Durang, The voice by Carmen Naranjo, among others. Sissy came to NY in 1998 and continues to keep learning and searching. She studied at the Raul Julia Training Program and performed in La Fabula de los Cinco Caminantes. Her NY debut with The National Shakespaere Conservatory  was as Hypolita in Shakespeare's "Midnight Summer's Dream". She then played opposite Marilyn Sokol in her show as back up girl at Carolynes. Working with Love Creek Productions and participating with different independent theater groups has been part of her ride and long journey. Sissy also served as observer at The Actors Studio which she feels was a very meaningful experience that has contributed to her growth. She enjoys reading and writing and is currently writing two two plays; The affair and The lesson. Getting to know so much talent throughtout her life and on the show has been a privilege for her. In her own words "Our operation is small but there's a lot of potential for aggressive expansion!" Its about having fun!

Charles Casano
Executive Research Consultant

Charles is an accomplished actor and stage manager. Trained at the Neighborhood Playhouse as an actor, Charles went on to serve at The Actors Studio for 9 years and had the priviledge of working with some of its most distinguished members such as Al Pacino, Marisa Tomei, Estelle Parsons, Stephen Lang, Eli Wallach, Ossie Davis & Ruby Dee, Angelica Torn and many more. He credits the Studio as his training ground as a stage manager and has gone on to SM countless productions in the New York City area. His vast knowledge of American and New York pop culture has been a valuable asset to the growth of The Sissy Gamache Show and is proud to be a part of it.


Esteban Gil Girón
Reserarch Analyst 


Argentinean, resides in Costa Rica. Journalist, columnist, businessman and writer.
Directed political and sports programs for four years on channels 7, 11, 2, 4 y 13 (TV Costa Rica), as well as in Radio Politico en Columbia, Monumental, Sonora y El Mundo. He also involved in professional functions as journalist in newspapers such as ´´La Nación´, ´´La República´´ y ´´La Prensa Libre´´.
Mr. Gil Girón has been owner of Frecuencia Modulada, a radio station in Costa Rica. He currently maintains a sports column in ´´Extra´´ newspaper, as well as a political analysis in the prestigious weekly run of ´´Pagina Abierta´´.

Alex Del Romero
Associate Producer

Alex began his acting career in 1992 at the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater - Raul Julia Training Unint, where he completed a three-year acting program with emphasis on acting and scene study with mentors such as Wendy Dillon, Miller Lide and the late and always remembered Alba Oms.  His training continued at the prestigious HB Studio in NYC under the guidance of Michael Beckett, Jean Kaplan and the late Elizabeth Dillon among others. Alex has been in many acting workshops in NY, NJ and Los Angeles. His theater credits include: The Angry Jury (Juror #10), Brake 4 Hearts (Ricardo), The Man of the Century (Angel XM26), Great Theater of the World (Pleasant,Air) at Thalia Spanish Theater, Queens, NY; Foreign Exchange & Lost Assets (Luis, Ben, Ricardo) with Alliance Consulting Group, London UK, CT; Two Gentlemen of Verona (Valentin); The Time of Your Life (Dudley R. Bustwick); A Man for All Seasons (Chapuy's Attendant) and many more. His film Credits include: Conquest of America - The Souttwest, History Channel; Mavlovio's Ballad (lead), and many under 5's. Alex is extremely proud to be an associate producer for The Sissy Gamache Show. He created and maintains this website and he also contributes with other logistics of the show.  "My goal is to continue to improve the quality of the show and to always move it to a higher level of excellence.  Sissy is like a sister to me and I will stand by her to the end of the world because I believe in her talent and her endless perseverance.  GOD BLESS YOU, SISSY!"


Sibyl Santiago

Born in San Francisco, lived in Manila and raised in New York City, Sibyl has been an actress since the age of 3, featured in a Philippine movie, “Maynila sa mga Kuko ng Liwanag” aka "Manila in the Claws of Light" (Philippines) which had garnered numerous awards and international acclaim. She went on to become one of the main characters in a very popular Philippine soap opera “Flor de Luna” for 7 seasons and popular shows like “Kulit Bulilit” and “Kaluskos Musmos” to name a few. As an active member of both SAG and Equity, she has since appeared in several films, television, and Off-Broadway productions in New York City including "Night Over Taos" as directed by Estelle Parsons, and is currently in pre-production for the feature film, "SAM" directed by John A. Gallagher and filming another feature due for 2011.  Sibyl trained and performed with the Philippine Educational Theater Association aka PETA, under the direction of renowned Filipino actress/director, Lorli Villanueva, Cecil Guidote and late directors, Lino Brocka and Orlando Nadres. She has also performed in several productions with the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Reperetory Philippines, Stage One (Philippines), La Mama Etc (NYC), May-I Theater (NYC) and INTAR (NYC).  
Sibyl is also a trained singer and dancer and has served as Principal Dancer for Ballet Asia in New York City and Dance Mistress/Principal Dancer for the Philippine Dance Company of New York for 14 years touring the country, including performances at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and several performances in Washington DC and at New York City's Lincoln Center & Central Park. Today, she continues working on her craft with renowned acting coach Allen Savage. Currently, Sibyl is the Director of Marketing of eDynamic New York and a team partner at AL Models in NY.  She is very proud to be joining the SoHo International Film Festival as its new Managing Director and Head of Marketing.
Rebecca Centeno
Camera Operator

Rebecca moved to NYC in 2002 from Bulverde, TX to study film.  She attended NYU Tisch School of the Arts and graduated with a B.F.A in Film and Television.  She focused on documentary production, and had the privilege of learning from pioneer documentary filmmaker George Stoney and media-activist, Judith Helfand.  She has worked on a number of films and TV shows including James Ponsoldt’s “Off the Black”, Warner Brother’s “Bedford Diaries”, Rehana Mirza’s “Hiding Divya", and more as aproduction assistant and in the art department.  

Her interest in socially relevant media and public access television led her to Paper Tiger Television, where she currently volunteers as a collective member.  Rebecca works as a flight attendant supervisor for a major airline, where her wandering soul is able to travel the world.  She enjoys reading, writing, photography, and working in public access.  She is proud to be a part of The Sissy Gamache Show.
